The company has proceeded different stages of renewing and replacements with its plan to develop and modernized the production in quality and quantity. The main stages are replacement and renewing which began at the end of the last century and is still continuing till now along  with some future concept and plans to renew all the lines of production and its accessories which can give the chance to produce new developed kinds that permit to access internal and foreign markets and be competitive. The most important institution which took place during those last years are:

1. roving and drawing machines in the spinning section( blended synthetic spinning hall).
2. blowing machines ( blended synthetic spinning hall).
3. cards machines ( Blended synthetic spinning hall ).
4. cone winding before dying machines ( Yarn Laundry ).
5. Laboratory Equipment ( Laboratory of measurement and confining quality ).

Actually the institution and renewing had the great influence in improving the production process through increasing the production.

Future Plans to Develop the Company:
The company’s future plan is to aim new sectors of consumers as well as to enforce the company’s existence in the present markets and to enforce its production’s  reputation as for its price, quality and liability ( the standards of delivery, shipment, packaging and packing ).
That is to set up the following:

1. a modern weaving factory.
2. fabrics dyeing laundry.
3. cotton waste spinning factory.
4. to develop the combed wool spinning hall.
5. to complete developing the laboratories of the weaving, spinning and dyeing.
